ArcelorMittal opens the position of Data & Modeling Scientist for the purpose of Job Shadowing, offering PhD candidates (≥ 3rd year of the PhD trajectory) / postdocs affiliated with 1 of the 5 Flemish universities the possibility to see for themselves what tasks and responsibilities come with this particular job function. 

A Data & Modeling Scientist at ArcelorMittal comes up with data-based solutions (studies, models, etc.) to industrial problems.

> Open to PhD candidates / postdocs with a background in Engineering, Computer Science and Data Science. Preference is given to candidates with programming skills, who are English and/or Dutch speaking. 

ArcelorMittal offers a 1-day Job Shadowing experience. The dates suggested are, for example, 9 or 16 October - any Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday between 6 and 17 October.
