Vives University of Applied Sciences opens the position of Innovation Manager & Researcher Educational Technology for the purpose of Job Shadowing, offering PhD candidates (≥ 3rd year of the PhD trajectory) / postdocs affiliated with 1 of the 5 Flemish universities the possibility to see for themselves what tasks and responsibilities come with this particular job function. 

An Innovation Manager & Researcher Educational Technology (EdTech) at Vives monitors how EdTech is integrated across research projects throughout Vives. The EdTech Researcher coordinates the research project 'The Digital School': Teacher Education, which focuses on enhancing the digital competences of future teachers. Additionally, she contributes to the development of new project proposals.
 

> Open to PhD candidates / postdocs with a background in Educational Technology.    

Vives offers a 1-day Job Shadowing experience. The date for Job Shadowing will be decided upon in close consultation with the selected candidate. The schedule of the Innovation Manager & Researcher Education Technology is flexible, with the exception of 17 October. Job Shadowing will take place in either Kortrijk or Bruges.
