The University of Antwerp open the position of Expert in a Research Core Facility for the purpose of Job Shadowing, offering PhD candidates (≥ 3rd year of the PhD trajectory) / postdocs affiliated with 1 of the 5 Flemish universities the possibility to see for themselves what tasks and responsibilities come with this particular job function. 

Shadow the daily opeations of an Expert in the CNeuromics Support Facility, Center for Molecular Neurology (UA & VIB), the University of Antwerp's technology competence center within CMN, providing advanced expertise in sequencing, data analysis, bioinformatics and imaging.  

> Open to PhD candidates / postdocs with a background in Sequencing, Imaging, Technical Support. A firm knowledge of English is crucial to shadow this position . 

The University of Antwerp offers a 2-day Job Shadowing experience. The dates identified for Job Shadowing are 15 and 16 October.
