KU Leuven opens the position of Young Talent Advisor for the purpose of Job Shadowing, offering PhD candidates (≥ 3rd year of the PhD trajectory) / postdocs affiliated with 1 of the 5 Flemish universities the possibility to see for themselves what tasks and responsibilities come with this particular job function. 

The Young Talent Advisor at KU Leuven coordinates PhD policy and procedures across doctoral schools, departments and faculties, contributes to optimal learning and working conditions for young researchers, oversees the optimal organization of a training portfolio for young researchers, including PhD researchers, postdocs and young professors, and stays at the forefront of innovative doctoral policy and practices.  

> Open to PhD candidates / postdocs from all academic disciplines. As some of the regular meetings are held in Dutch, a working knowledge of Dutch is highly recommended. 

KU Leuven offers a 1-day Job Shadowing experience. The dates suggested for Job Shadowing are 8
or 15 October (subject to change).
