Thomas More University of Applied Sciences opens the position of Lecturer-Researcher for the purpose of Job Shadowing, offering PhD candidates (≥ 3rd year of the PhD trajectory) / postdocs affiliated with 1 of the 5 Flemish universities the possibility to see for themselves what tasks and responsibilities come with this particular job function. 

Shadowing a Lecturer-Researcher at Thomas More University of Applied Sciences, you will become acquainted with lectures and practical sessions in a professional bachelor's programme and meet an experienced lecturer. You will also be introduced to a center of expertise, practice-oriented research and an experienced applied researcher.

> Open to PhD candidates / postdocs with a background in Psychology, Pedagogy, Criminology, Social Work. Preference is given to candidates with a firm knowledge of Dutch. 

Thomas More University of Applied Sciences offers a 1- or 2-day Job Shadowing experience. The date suggested for Job Shadowing are 8 and 9 October. Job Shadowing may also take place in the Sint Andriesstraat and Kronenburgstraat  in Antwerp.
