The Huis voor Gezondheid opens the position of Director for the purpose of Job Shadowing, offering PhD candidates (≥ 3rd year of the PhD trajectory) / postdocs affiliated with 1 of the 5 Flemish universities the possibility to see for themselves what tasks and responsibilities come with this particular job function. 

A Director at the Huis voor Gezondheid runs an organisation of 17 employees. The Director is responsible for people management, strategic decision making, financial management, networking, advising/responding to policymakers, etc. 

> Open to PhD candidates / postdocs with a background in Health Care.  Preference is given to candidates with a firm knowledge of Dutch and a knowledge of French. 

The Huis voor Gezondheid offers a 1-day Job Shadowing experience. Job Shadowing takes place between 6 and 17 October. The date will be decided upon in close consultation with the selected candidate.
