Schelstraete Delacourt opens the position of Research Consultant for the purpose of Job Shadowing, offering PhD candidates (≥ 3rd year of the PhD trajectory) / postdocs affiliated with 1 of the 5 Flemish universities the possibility to see for themselves what tasks and responsibilities come with this particular job function. 

A Research Consultant at Schelstraete Delacourt supports a Partner of the firm throughout the process of hiring a C-level professional for a client ("headhunting"). The Research Consultant establishes a research strategy, creates (company) target lists based on that strategy, detects relevant C-level professionals (CEO, CFO, CSO, ...) within these companies, and reaches out to them for an initial screening. The Research Consultant also serves as an advisor to both clients and candidates, offering a premium service and experience to both SME's and multinational organizations at the highest level.

> Open to PhD candidates / postdocs with a background in HR, Psychology, Humanities. A good knowledge of English (and/or Dutch) is required.

Schelstraete Delacourt offers a 1-day Job Shadowing experience. The date suggested for Job Shadowing is 7 October.
