Boerenbond opens the position of Stafmedewerker Organisatieontwikkeling & strategie (Organizational Development & Strategy Officer) for the purpose of Job Shadowing, offering PhD candidates (≥ 3rd year of the PhD trajectory) / postdocs affiliated with 1 of the 5 Flemish universities the possibility to see for themselves what tasks and responsibilities come with this particular job function. 

A Stafmedewerker Organisatieontwikkeling & Strategie (Organizational Development & Strategy Officer) is responsible for project management and the implementation of several strategic initiatives within the organization, including the implementation of organizational KPIs and reporting. The Officer also provides support and coordination for the executive team.
   

> Open to PhD candidates / postdocs with a background in (Project) Management, Business Administration, or Policy Management. Preference is given to candidates with a firm knowledge of Dutch.

Boerenbond offers a 2-day Job Shadowing experience. The dates suggested for Job Shadowing are 6 and 7 October.
